7-inch CAN Bus TFT Display with Projected Capacitive Touch

Winstar’s new 7-inch Smart Display series is controlled by a master device via CAN bus command, to deliver on screen content and return touch event data with protocol objects.
This SMART display combines a standard Winstar WF70A8TYAHLNG0 TFT module and 4-layers PCBA with built-in firmware. The easy-to-use smart display can link any computer via a USB2CAN dongle or Rasberry Pi Interface (PiCAN2) to act as a HOST platform.
The Smart Display is designed to support control applications in harsh operating conditions and connect to a variety of different applications in industries such as automotive, marine, power generation, oil-and-gas.
Display Usage
Smart Display can be used to display the coordinate, status and data information provided by the connected HOST device. Customers can configure the coordinates position that they want to display in normal operation mode. The Display is designed to easily connect to a controller network.
Splash Screen
Splash screen is the default image used on the display. This product uses a generic image. If you require a custom splash image for your application, contact us to discuss.
Acquisition of Displayed Data
The Smart Display can obtain the data that it displays either using the CANopen SDO protocol or the CANopen PDO protocol. For more information contact us.
