Chinese New Year 2021 – Factory Production Capacity Customer Update

We wish to advise our HMI customers that Chinese New Year 2021 will fall between 11th – 17th February. Due to ongoing COVID restrictions in China, public transportation capacity will be limited, and workers will be travelling home over a longer period. Our factories are advising that production capacity will be disrupted from mid-January to the end of February. We, therefore, advise customers to review inventory/production plans and place additional orders for parts they anticipate requiring during Q1 2021. Once the stock is delivered to the UK, customer shipments can be scheduled from Diamond in the usual way.
