The Winstar WF50BTIFGDHGX is a 5 inch HDMI TFT-LCD module with Projected Capacitive Touch Panel (PCAP). It has WVGA resolution of 800×480 dots and is supplied with a control board carrying a HDMI interface and a 40-pin GPIO connector.
The display module is designed for easy integration into “Raspberry Pi” projects.
This display has a USB interface Capacitive Touch Screen overlay on TFT panel. We designed a HDMI connector (P/N WWHDMI-00# and USB cable (P/N OTP1XXXXXXXXXXXX0155) as options for customers to connect a WF50BTIFGDHGX module to their Raspberry Pi directly ( supports Pi 1 to 3).
The compact dimension of the module allows easy integration into an embedded system which has a HDMI output. The 800×480 resolution is enough to run most software applications, but still small enough that it can be used in portable or embedded projects without adding bulk. Please notice, this product part no. WF50BTIFGDHGX does not include an HDMI connector or USB cable.
